Our wedding catering works especially well as evening food or for couples looking for something a little different from traditional sit-down menus, with our bao buns also available in beautifully crafted vegetarian and halal-friendly versions.

Service Style - How Our Wedding Catering Works
We typically serve evening food from our street-food trailer after the wedding breakfast.
Guests can stroll up to the trailer and order freshly prepared dumplings, bao buns and pancake rolls just like at a street-food market. Food is cooked hot and fresh on the spot, so guests receive their dishes straight from the pan or steamer.
For couples who prefer a more structured option, we can also arrange pre-ordered food or pre-selected menu boxes, allowing guests to collect their food quickly while still enjoying the street-food experience.
The relaxed street-food style service creates a lively atmosphere where guests can chat, explore the menu and enjoy something a little different from a traditional buffet. It often becomes a natural gathering point during the evening, with guests sharing food, going back for another box of dumplings and enjoying the festival-style vibe, it also becomes part of the evening entertainment.
We can comfortably cater for weddings of 50 to 200+ guests.
